If you are not sure about using Brice and Paris Wine day tours, I can assure you that it is first class. He is very passionate about explaining the history of the champagne region and the importance of the Reims cathedral. The lunch location was excellent and we could not believe how much we enjoyed our tour. I was thoroughly impressed and would love to go on another tour with Brice when we come back.
