We had a great day with Brice exploring Pouilly & Sancerre. We started at a goat cheese farm where we saw the process of making goat cheese & we tasted several different cheese.
We met 2 winemakers and learned all about the heritage of the area and the craft of winemaking and the impact the soil and environment can have on the wine. We were able to explore the cute town of Sancerre.
Brice is a great tour guide, super knowledgeable & passionate about wine.
It was a perfect day trip outside of the hustle and bustle of Paris.
