We had an amazing day with Brice and Paris Wine Day Tours. On our tour to the Sancerre region we visited two amazing wine producers and tasted a wonderful array of wines. At both locations we met the actual farmers and winemakers and got to know and understand the wine making process a bit better as well as some of the challenges that the producer’s face. The actual tasting was definitely a highlight, comparing the different wines, terroir and aging processes. We also tasted some delicious cheese, had the aging process explained to us and were able to meet the goats it was produced from!
Brice makes the whole tour a great time, explaining things along the way, supplying some delicious food and guiding you through your day. I’d highly recommend these tours and we will definitely be doing another with Brice on our next trip to the region!
